Mortara Instrument today announced the launch of its newest digital Holter recorder, the H3+. The H3+ Holter recorder is designed to record a patient's ECG for up to 48 hours to enable physician evaluation and review of potential heart rhythm disorders.
Approximately the size of a single AA battery, the H3+ is so small and lightweight it nearly goes unnoticed by patients. The integrated LCD waveform display allows the clinician to verify ECG waveform quality during patient hook-up ensuring high quality recordings. Additional standard features include pacemaker detection, digital event button and demographics entry. Recordings from the H3+ recorder are downloaded for analysis by the Mortara H-Scribe Holter scanning system. The H3+ recorder is supported with version 4 and later of the H-Scribe Holter system.
Dr. Justin Mortara, Vice President, commented, "With the H3+, Mortara continues its leadership in Holter innovation. We are confident that the H3+, with its compact size and clinical functionality, will be quickly recognized as the preferred 3-channel recorder by clinicians worldwide."
