Mortara Instrument today announced the launch of its newest 12-lead digital telemetry transmitter the X12+. The X12+ transmitter is the next generation of Mortara's telemetry and features a compact transmitter with internal antenna and ECG waveform display.
Approximately the size of a pager, the X12+ is designed to be used in conjunction with Mortara's X-Scribe stress exercise system or in other telemetry monitoring environments. The X12+ transmitter will support both the 608 MHz (WMTS) and 2.45 GHz (ISM) bands. Dr. Justin Mortara, Vice President, noted, "The X12+ will be especially appreciated in multi-modality stress exercise environments where tethered patient cabling presents a real workflow challenge. We also look forward to seeing this 12-lead telemetry transmitter implemented in other telemetry monitoring environments."
