Mortara Instrument Commitment to Quality Seen in ISO 9001 Re-Certification

Mortara Instrument announced today that it's commitment to quality has again been recognized as meeting the standards of ISO 9001 . After its Triennial Reassessment by GMED Services in April, which evaluated Mortara's documented QA program and senior management commitment to quality, Mortara was re-issued certificates for ISO 9001/EN 46001 and EC certificates which allow for CE marking.

ISO 9001 represents the international standard for quality management systems developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) to facilitate global commerce. To assure continued compliance with the rigorous standards of ISO 9001, companies must undergo regularly scheduled assessments and re-certification every three years. The ISO 9001 initiative is an important component in the Company's commitment to maintain excellence.
