Mortara Instrument
offers a wide variety of services to fit your
individual facility's needs, from small clinics
to chest pain centers, we offer service packages
to ensure your systems are maintained and
serviced to meet your needs. For those facilities
without biomedical support, we offer on site
service by our highly trained field service team
consisting of over 120 technicians located
throughout the U.S. and Canada. We also offer
both biomedical and product training programs in
house, or at your facility.
Service
Contracts
Mortara Instrument
offers a wide variety of service contracts to fit
your individual facility's need:
Priority
On-site Maintenance Service
On-site remedial
maintenance including all parts necessary to
resolve equipment malfunctions;
A customer service
engineer will be dispatched within twenty-four
hours of our determination that on-site hardware
maintenance is required. (Contingent on Customer Location and
Technician Availability.)
We will arrive at
your facility usually within twenty-four business
hours of our determination that on-site hardware
maintenance is required and;
We will remain
on-site as determined necessary, until your
hardware problem is resolved or arrange for an
emergency loaner to be shipped.
Provide a 24-hour
emergency loaner unit (at no charge) if for some
reason the on-site representative is unable to
meet our guaranteed response times.
Provide you with
unlimited Technical Phone Support to assist you
with any fault isolation prior to dispatching a
service engineer on-site
Depot/Mail
In Maintenance Service
Repair or replace
any repairable item within two (2) business days
of our receipt of the item;
Ensure that any
repaired or replacement unit is new or equivalent
to new in quality;
Return units to
Customer freight pre-paid, using the freight
method received by Mortara;
Provide you access
to our Customer Support Center, Monday through
Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00 PM CST, for assistance
with problem diagnosis;
Provide you a
24-hour emergency loaner for your unit (based on unit availability
at Mortara), if
your request is received before 3:00 PM CST, we
will ship it on the same day for next day
delivery. If your call is received after 3:00 PM
CST, we will ship it by the next business day.
Provide you with
unlimited Technical Phone support to assist you
with any troubleshooting problems you may have.
Unit/Module
Exchange Service
We will ship a
replacement unit or replacement /exchange part of
any eligible repairable item for next business
day delivery after we receive your call;
Ensure that any
replacement unit or part is new or equivalent to
new in quality;
Ship to Customer
freight pre-paid;
Provide you
unlimited access to out Technical Support Center,
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST,
for assistance with failure diagnosis;
Provide you
Technical Phone Support to assist you with any
hardware/software problems you may have.
