Mortara Instrument, Inc. operates a centralized domestic customer support facility, which provides Mortara customers with a single point of contact for all of their technical service and support.

The center is accessible via toll-free telephone number, 1-888-MORTARA (667-8272), and is staffed from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday – Friday Central Time, with extended telephone assistance available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Telephone technical evaluation services are available from 8 AM to 5 PM (CST) Monday – Friday exclusive of Mortara Instrument, Inc. holidays. The Customer Care Center assists customers with questions related to their products and coordinated requests for on-site assistance for installation and remedial service as well as logistical support.
